The following notes will not come as any surprise to anyone who follows the Rollins program or the Sunshine State Conference on a daily basis. It became official on Wednesday when Jeff Merton was named to the All-SSC First Team. The sophomore from Naples has had an outstanding year this season and a terrific two years at Rollins thus far. The Conference Player of the Year did not go to Merton this season, but it would come as no surprise if he wins that award in the next two seasons.
