For the first time in a few years the Rollins Tars walked out of Las Vegas with the title that they went to the Holiday Hoops Classic to get when they knocked off Montana State Billings 58-54 in the title game. The trio of Brooks Cluxton- Jakobi Bonner- and- Hutton Yenor scored 38 Tars points in the title game win. With the win Rollins improved to 8-3- while Billings dropped to 5-5 on the season.
Cluxton and Bonner had 14 each- while Yenor added 10 in the victory. Rollins shot 44 percent from the field- 25 percent (3-12) from the 3-point line- and- 64 percent (6-11) at the free throw line. The Tars had 14 assists- and- 15 turnovers in the contest.
The Yellow Jackets also had three players in double figures. Brendan Howard paced Billings with 19 points- Zharon Howard added 17- and- Tyler Green netted 14 in the defeat. The Yellow Jackets shot 37 percent as a team- 22 percent (6-27) from the 3-point line- and- 80 percent (8-10) at the free throw line. The Yellow Jackets won the rebounding battle 32-29. They had 12 assists- and- 18 turnovers in a losing effort.
The game was a back and forth affair that featured six ties- and- 11 lead changes. After being behind much of the first half the Tars would rally to finish the half on a 11-3 run to take a 28-23 lead into the locker room.
Rollins would stretch the lead to 12 (39-27) after a Bonner 3-pointer with 15 minutes remaining. Rollins lead would be sliced to four (45-41) just four minutes later. The Yellow Jackets would knot the game at 52 with 3:38 left before both teams would not score the for the next two minutes. Yenor would give Rollins the lead at the 1:35 mark. After a Rollins defensive stop Yenor would stretch the lead to four (56-52) on the ensuing possession. The Yellow Jackets would cut the lead in half with 46 ticks remaining on the clock. Yenor would all but seal the victory with a layup with 19 seconds to go. The win would be the Tars fourth straight and they would walk out of the Holiday Hoops Classic with a Tournament Title.

Rollins Stays Hot With Win Over #25 Drury.
For the second straight game the Rollins Tars downed a top 25 opponent when they knocked off #25 Drury 72-67 in the Las Vegas Holiday Hoops Classic. With the win Rollins improved to 7-3 on the year. It was the second straight game they knocked a team from the ranks of the unbeaten.
Jakobi Bonner led the Tars with 23 points- Dayton Gumm netted 18- and- Trevor Recio scored 12 points and grabbed 10 rebounds. The Tars shot 38 percent from the floor but was 27-33 from the free throw line (82 percent.) The Tars won the rebounding battle 37-31. They shot 22 percent (5-23) from the 3-point line. Rollins had 11 assists- and- 10 turnovers in the contest.
Asa Huchison scored 14 for the Panthers- while Brandon Emmert and Isaac Johnson netted 12 points each. The Panthers shot 43 percent as a team- 40 percent (12-30) from the 3-point line- and- really sturggled at the free throw line (3-14 for 21 percent.) The Panthers had 16 assists- and 16 turnovers as a team.

Rollins Shocks Top Ranked Nova!
The Rollins Tars pulled off a huge upset Saturday when they shocked top ranked Nova Southeastern 86-85 at Rick Case Arena. With the win the Tars improve to 6-3 and 2-1 in the SSC. The Sharks fall to 6-1 and 2-1 in the SSC after the loss.
Jokobi Bonner paced Rollins with 20 points- including what would prove to be the game winning jumper. Dayton Gumm-and- Hutton Yenor both had 14 for the Tars- while Connor McKim added 11. NSU had three players score in double figures paced by Mikkel Kolstad with 28- Mark Matthews added 27 to go along with eight rebounds- and- five assists- while Connor Zinaich added 10 of his own.
Rollins would score the games first five points on a 3-pointer by McKim and a Gumm dunk. They would lead 11-5 after a Gumm layup at the 15:23 mark of the opening half. NSU would go on a 11-2 run to take a 16-13 lead after a 3-ball by Kolstad at the 13:19 mark of the opening stanza. Rollins Get Big Road Win Saturday.
The Rollins Tars bounced back after a 33 point drubbing at the hands of Embry-Riddle earlier in the week to knock off Tampa 58-47 at the Bob Martinez Sports Center. With the win Rollins improved to 5-3 and evens there conference record at 1-1. With the loss Tampa fell to 2-7 and 0-3 in the SSC.
Rollins was paced by Brooks Cluxton and Hutton Yenor who each had 13 points- while Dayton Gumm netted 10. The Tars shot 50 percent as a team- 29 percent (5-17) from the 3-point line- 83 percent (5-6) at the free throw line. They had 13 assists and 17 turnovers as a team. The Tars won the rebounding battle 34-24.
Tampa was led by 12 points each from Martin Lakovic and Pat Bacon. Lakovic had 10 rebounds- while Bacon was held well under his scoring average. Rollins (4-3 0-1 SSC) was dominated 99-66 by ERAU in the conference opener in Winter Park on Wednesday. Three Tars scored in double figures in the contest. Connor McKim paced Rollins with 15- Jakobi Bonner netted 13- and- Dayton Gumm tallied 11. Rollins was pummeled on the glass 54-25 in the defeat. Rollins led early, but the Eagles took the lead and were ahed 23-9 midway thru the first half. It was a 46-24 advantage for the Eagles at halftime. The second half was more of the same as the Eagles led by as many as 38 when they coasted to victory.
Rollins is averaging 80.1 points per game as a team on the year. Defensively they are allowing 77.9 per night. Rollins Pummeled By ERAU in SSC Opener.
The Rollins Tars had no offense for the high powered offense of the Embry-Riddle Eagles and struggled on the offensive end themselves in a 99-66 loss to open SSC play at Warden Arena. With the loss the Tars fall to 4-3 and 0-1 in the SSC. After the victory the Eagles improve to 8-1 and 2-1 in the SSC.
A trio of Rollins players scored double figures on the night led by 15 points from Connor McKim- Jakobi Bonner added 13- and- Dayton Gumm chipped in 11. Rollins shot 37 percent from the field and 37 percent from the 3-point line (10-27-) they shot 71 percent (12-17) at the free throw line. The Tars had 11 assists and 15 turnovers.
The Eagles were paced by 23 points from Romeo Crouch- Nick Herd knocked down five 3-pointer's on his way to 22 off the bench- while Luka Majstorovic tallied a 13 points and 10 rebound night- Chris Murray chipped in 10 of his own. The Eagles shot 49 percent as a team- 41 percent (15-37) from the 3-point line- and- 71 percent (10-14) from the free throw line. The Eagles pummeled Rollins on the boards 54-25. They had 24 assists- and- 12 turnovers as a team.

Rollins Battles ERAU In Conference Opener To Close Home Stand.

Rollins Runs Past Warriors.
The Rollins Tars got 25 points from Hutton Yenor and ran past Webber International 101-87 at Warden Arena. With the win the Tars improved to 4-2- while the Warriors dropped to 3-7 with the loss.
Yenor was one of four Rollins players in double figures, as he nailed six 3-pointer's on the night. Jakobi Bonner tallied 19- Connor McKim netted 18- and- Dayton Gumm tallied 12. Trevor Recio hauled in a team leading 12 rebounds. The Tars shot 55 percent from the field- 55 percent (18-33) from the 3-point line- and- 73 percent (11-15) at the free throw line. The Tars won the rebounding battle 35-31. They had 23 assists- and- 14 turnovers as a team.
The Warriors were led by Tommie Luke who netted 22 points and was one of four players in double figures. Corey Corbin scored 15- while both Kevin Grace and Ariel Watson tallied 12. Tars Take It To Tarzans Tuesday Night.
The Rollins Tars and Puerto Rico Mayaguez Tarzans did battle inside Warden Arena on Tuesday. Rollins would come out with the 81-53 win to secure the team's first home win of the season- and- snap a brief two game losing streak. With the win Rollins improved to 3-2- while the Tarzans fell to 0-4 with the loss.
Rollins had a trio of players in double figures paced by Jakobi Bonner who scored 19 points on the night. Hutton Yenor scored 15- and- Trevor Recio was one rebounds shy of a double-double with 14 points- and- nine boards. The Tars shot 46 percent as a team- 36 percent (10-28) from the 3-point line- and- 76 percent (19-25) at the free throw line. The Tars won the rebounding battle 44-37. They had 19 assists- and- 12 turnovers as a team.
The Tarzans were led by Ricardo Erans with 13 points- while Jeriel Torres added 10. Mayaguez shot 32 percent from the field- as well as 32 percent (10-31) from the 3-point line- they shot just 20 percent (1-5) from the free throw line. The Tarzans had 15 turnovers and 16 assists in the defeat.

Kynard 3-pointer Sinks Tars.
Gabe Kynard knocked down a 3-pointer with .8 seconds left to break a 82-82 tie and the Lake Erie College Storm knocked off the Rollins Tars 85-82 Friday night at Warden Arena. With the loss Rollins fell to 2-2 on the season- while the Storm improved to 2-2 after the victory.
Rollins was led by a game high 28 points from Jakobi Bonner. He was one of a pair of Rollins players to score in double figures in this one, as Dayton Gumm scored 14 points of his own. The Tars shot 48 percent from the field- and- went 9-21 (43 percent) from the 3-point line. Rollins shot 94 percent (15-16) at the free throw line, including a pair from Bonner that tied the game with 8.4 seconds to go. The Tars had 17 assists and nine turnovers as a team. They edged the Storm on the glass 32-31.
The Storm were led by Kenard who paced them with 24 points- Kevin Peterson netted 16- while Jacob Plantz tallied 12. The Storm shot 54 percent from the floor- 47 percent (14-30) from the 3-point line- and- 50 percent (5-10) at the free throw line. They had 22 assists and 10 turnovers as a team.

Tars Late Flurry Not Enough In Loss To Warner.
The Rollins Tars trailed by 19 points with a little more than four minutes to go on Wednesday night at Warden Arena, they would pull to within four in the game's final minute- but ultimately fell 100-95 to the Warner Royals. The game was an exhibition for the Royals so they remain 6-0 on the season- while The Tars fell to 2-1.

Rollins Holds Off Benedict.
The Rollins Tars got 18 points from Dayton Gumm- Hutton Yenor scored 13- and- Trevor Reccio added 12 in a 60-50 win over Benedict in the SSC/SIAC crossover at Auburn-Montgomery. With the win Rollins improved to 2-0, while the Tigers fell to 0-2 with the loss.

Rollins Rallies For Season Opening Win.
The Rollins Tars rallied from a 11 point deficit with 14 minutes to go and come away with a 76-71 win over Auburn Montgomery on Friday night. With the win Rollins improves to 1-0, while the WarHawks drop to 0-1 in defeat.
Jakobi Bonner scored 17 of his 19 points in the second half to spearhead the Tars come back. He was not alone though. Brooks Cluxton scored 15 points- grabbed eight rebounds- and- blocked six shots in the win. Dayton Gumm also scored in double figures with 14 points. Rollins shot 49 percent as a team- 28 percent (5-18) from the 3-point line- and- 73 percent (19-26) from the free throw line. The Tars shot 60 percent in the second half en route to scoring 50 points in the half. Rollins had 11 assists and 17 turnovers.
Auburn-Montgomery got 21 points off the bench from Stanley Davis who drained five 3-pointer's in the contest- Darrion Taylor added 19- and- Carlos Bell scored 10. Rollins Opens Campaign In Alabama Tournament.
The Rollins College Tars will open Tom Klusman's 40th season with a tournament hosted by the University of Alabama-Montgomery at the AUM Athletic Complex. The Tars will battle the WarHawks on Friday at 8:30 PM, before they battle Benedict Saturday at 3 PM.
Rollins went 10-18 a season ago and missed the SSC tournament. They are picked to finsh seventh in the SSC preseason poll. The Tars will return Jakobi Bonner, who led the team averaging 14.6 points a game last year. Connor McKim will return and run the point for the fourth consecutive season. The senior from Louisville averaged 13.9 points and 3.4 assists a game a season ago. Hutton Yenor also averaged double figures last season putting up 13.6 points per night. Trevor Reccio and Parker Davis also return from a season ago. Rollins has a pair of DI transfers in Dayton Gumm (Austin Peay) and Brooks Cluxton (Campbell.)
The WarHawks are coming off a disappointing 8-20 season last year. They went 4-16 in the Gulf South. Carlos Bell puts up 14.4 points per game to lead AUM. Darrion Taylor returns after averaging 12.7 per game last season as he drained 69 3-pointer's on the season. Aaron Reddick also averaged double figures averaging 10.9 points a game- to go along with grabbing eight rebounds per contest. Jeremiah Bozeman (Jackson State) and DJ Jackson (SIU-Edwardsville) are looking to be impact players this season. The WarHawks are picked to finish 12th in the conference in the preseason.

2019 SSC Tournament Begins Wednesday.
The 2019 Sunshine State Conference Tournament begins on Wednesday night. Top seed Nova Southeastern will take on eighth seeded Tampa in the one versus eight matchup. In the four versus five contest Eckerd will take on Barry. In the two- seven contest Lynn will host Palm Beach Atlantic. To round out the opening round third ranked Florida Southern will host sixth seeded Saint Leo.

Tars Drop Finale At Southern.
The Rollins Tars closed the 2018-19 campaign with one of there best offensive performances of the year, but it was not be enough as they fell 105-100 to Florida Southern at Jenkins FIeldHouse. With the win the Mocs improve to 21-7 and 14-6 in the SSC on the season as they prepare for the SSC Tournament. The Tars season concluded with a record of 10-18 and 4-16 in the SSC.
Connor McKim poured in 31 points to lead Rollins in the defeat. He also added six rebounds- and- four assists. Hutton Yenor netted 20 off the bench- Eric Castaneda tallied 19- while Trevor Recio and Jakob Bonner scored 12 points each. Rollins shot 57 percent as a team- 46 percent (11-24) from the 3-point line- and- 83 percent (15-18) at the free throw line. The Tars had 17 assists and 11 turnovers as a team.

Rollins Snaps Losing Skid Wednesday.
The Rollins Tars snapped a nine game losing slide- and- handed the Florida Tech Panthers there ninth straight loss 84-72 at the Clemente Center Wednesday. With the win the Tars improve to 10-17 and 4-15 in the SSC. Florida Tech drops to 8-19 and 2-17 in the SSC with the loss.
Connor McKim led five Rollins players in double figures with 27 points to go along with six rebounds and five assists in the win. Trevor Recio tallied a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds- while Hutton Yenor scored 14- Jakobi Bonner added 13- and- Eric Castaneda tallied 10 in the victory. Rollins shot 49 percent as a team- 41 percent (11-27) from the 3-point line- and- 50 percent (9-18) at the free throw line. Rollins dominated the rebounding battle 46-31. They had 19 assists- and- 13 turnovers as a team.
Derek Murphy poured in a game high 40 points to lead the Panthers in a losing effort. Trey Schaneville was the only other Tech player in double figures with 15. Spoiled Senior Day.
Hutton Yenor scored a career best 27 points- but it was not enough as the Rollins Tars fell 70-62 to Eckerd on Senior day. The loss was the ninth straight for the Tars- as they are now 9-17 overall- and- 3-15 in the SSC. With the win Eckerd improves to 18-8 and 11-7 in the SSC.
Yenor knocked down five 3-pointer's on his way to 27 points- while Jakobi Bonner added 16. Connor McKim joined the 1,000 point club at Rollins as well in the contest. Rollins shot 42 percent from the field- 32 percent (9-28) from the 3-point line- and- 54 percent (7-13) from the free throw line. They had 15 assists- and- 15 turnovers in the contest.
Drushaun McLaurn led Eckerd with 24 points- Myron Hagins added 12- and- Shaquille Harris scored 10 off the bench. Rollins Falls To Barry Saturday.
The Rollins Tars headed to Miami Shores for a battle with Barry on Saturday. It would be the home team that would come away with a 76-61 win in this one. Rollins falls to 9-16 and 3-14 in the SSC with the loss- while Barry improved to 14-9 and 9-7 in the SSC.
Jakobi Bonner led the Tars with 16 points- Hutton Yenor chipped in 11- while Eric Castenada- and- Trevor Recio each netted 10. The Tars shot 32 percent from the field- 22 percent (8-36) from the 3-point line- and- 93 percent (13-14) from the free throw line. They had 14 assists and 10 turnovers as a team.
Barry was led by Tylan Birts with 22 points- while Daniel Mortensen and Marko Tomic scored 12 points each. Gamble Led Spartans Outlast Rollins Wednesday.
Anthony Gamble scored 38 points behind 10 3-pointer's on the night- as the Tampa Spartans outlasted the Rollins Tars 95-88 at Warden Arena Wednesday. The Spartans improved to 12-12 overall and 6-10 in the SSC with the win. Rollins fell to 9-15 and 3-13 in the SSC with there seventh straight defeat.
Eric Castaneda drained six 3-pointer's on his way to 24 points in the contest- Connor McKim scored 18 points and dished out six assists- while Jakobi Bonner tallied 14. Trevor Recio chipped in 11- and- Hutton Yenor rounded out the double digit scorers with 10 in a losing effort. The Tars shot 46 percent as a team on the day- 37 percent (14-38) from the 3-point line- and- shot at a 84 percent clip (16-19) from the free throw line. The Tars had 18 assists and 11 turnovers in the contest for the game.
Gamble led the Spartans with 38 points- Freddy Ibrahim knocked down four 3-pointer's on his way to 23 points- while Alberto Moreno knocked down three triples on his way to 15 points. The hot shooting Spartans shot 56 percent as a team from the field- 53 percent (18-34) from the 3-point line- and- 74 percent (17-23) from the free throw line. The Spartans won the rebounding battle 34-29. They had 26 assists and 17 turnovers as they completed the season sweep of the Tars.

Downer would quiet the crowd with an old fashioned three-point play with 3:25 to go that made it a five point Tampa advantage. Downer would score again- but the Tars would get a Recio 3-pointer to make it 85-81 with 2:24 to go. After a Recio steal Castaneda could not convert on a 3-point attempt at the 1:58 mark. After another Rollins stop Castaneda made a pair of free throws to cut the deficit to two (85-83) with 1:36 to go. Gamble would make a jumper and then Bonner would get to the rim for a bucket but could not convert the old fashioned three-point play as it would be 87-85 with 1:02 to go. A pair of Moreno free throws would make it 89-85. McKim would split a pair of free throws- and- then Ibrahim would split a pair of his own. A McKim layup with 25 seconds left would get the Tars within two one last time (90-88.) Gamble and Moreno would close the victory out at the free throw line for the Spartans.

PBA Continues Tars Slide.
The Rollins Tars and Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish were tied at halftime Saturday at Warden Arena but the visitors would come away with the 91-80 win. With the victory PBA improves to 10-12 and 6-8 in the SSC. The Tars fall to 9-14 and 3-12 in the SSC with the loss.
Jakobi Bonner scored 22 points to lead the way for Rollins- Hutton Yenor chipped in 16- and- Daniel Loh added 12. The Tars shot 54 percent as a team- 46 percent (10-22) from the 3-point line- and- 67 percent (12-18) from the free throw line. Rollins had 20 assists and 16 turnovers as a team.
De'Ondre Jackson poured in a game high 25 points to lead PBA- Jules Jasmin scored 19- Bakari Warthen added 15- and- Paxton Wilson added 13. The Sailfish shot 55 percent from the field- 55 percent (12-22) from the 3-point line- and- 74 percent (25-34) at the free throw line. The Sailfish won the rebounding battle 29-26. They had 21 assists and 13 turnovers as a team.
PBA led 8-7 five minutes in. The Tars would then score the next 10 points capped by a Loh jumper at the 12:10 mark of the first half. Rollins would lead 22-14 midway thru the first half. After PBA would pull to within one (32-31) at the 3:56 mark both teams would go cold. The next points would not come until a pair of Andrew Moemeka free throws at the 1:48 mark of the half that gave the Sailfish the lead back. Rollins would score the next four points- but then a Wilson 3-pointer would tie it heading into the locker room.

Cold Shooting Tars No Match For #7 NSU.
The cold shooting Rollins Tars continued to struggle Wednesday night at the Shark Tank on the campus of Nova Southeastern. It was NSU who would roll to the 87-58 win and season sweep of Rollins. With the win the Sharks remained in first place in the SSC with a record of 18-2 and 12-2 in the SSC. Rollins fell to 9-13 and 3-11 in the SSC as they lost for the ninth time in the last 10 contests.
A pair of Rollins players scored in double figures in the loss- as both Hutton Yenor and Trevor Recio each tallied 13 points- while Jakobi Bonner added seven points and three assists. Eric Castaneda led the Tars on the glass with nine rebounds. The Tars shot a frigid 31 percent from the field- as well as 32 percent (7-22) from the 3-point line. Rollins shot 87 percent (13-15) from the free throw line. The Tars had 14 assists and 15 turnovers in the defeat.
NSU had four players score in double figures paced by 17 points each from Nick Smith and Mikkel Kolstad. Mark Matthews had a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds- while David Dennis netted 11. Struggling Tars Look To Slow Down #8 NSU Wednesday.
The Rollins Tars and eighth ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks will battle at the Don Taft University Center on Wednesday night. Tip time is set for 7:30 PM. You can catch the action on RollinsSports.com
The struggling Tars (9-12 3-10 SSC) have lost four straight and eight of the past nine. Last time out was a 79-73 road loss at Embry-Riddle. Coming into Wednesday's game in Fort Lauderdale the Tars are 2-4 in true road games on the season. Hutton Yenor was one of just two Rollins players in double figures with 22 points in the last game- while Connor McKim added 15. Rollins shot 46 percent as a team- 36 percent (8-22) from the 3-point line- and- 92 percent (11-12) at the free throw line. They had 14 assists and eight turnovers as a team.
On the season Rollins scores 75.9 points a game on offense- while they allow 73.1 on the defensive end. Jakobi Bonner is the teams leading scorer putting up 14.7 points per night- Connor McKim scores 14 a game- and- Yenor comes off the bench to net 12.7 per contest. The Tars have been solid at the free throw line where they have shot at a 72 percent clip.
In the first meeting with NSU in Winter Park the Tars lost 92-65 on January 2nd. Eric Castaneda (13 points-) and- McKim with 11 were the only Rollins players in double figures. Dwayne Gibson poured in a game high 30 points to lead NSU in the losing effort last time out- Mark Matthews added 21- and- Nick Smith tallied 15. The Sharks shot 42 percent as a team- 40 percent (10-25) from the 3-point line- and- 48 percent (10-21) from the free throw line. The Sharks had 10 assists and 10 turnovers in the defeat.

McKim's Big Day Not Enough For Rollins Saturday.
Connor McKim scored 26 points- dished out six assists- had three rebounds- and- a pair of steals but it was not enough as the Rollins Tars were a 99-94 loser to Saint Leo at Warden Arena Saturday. With the loss Rollins drops to 9-12 and 3-10 in the SSC. With the victory the Lions improve to 10-11 and 7-6 in the SSC.
McKim paced five Tars in double figures with 26- Hutton Yenor continued his hot hand of late scoring 19- Jakobi Bonner scored 16- while Eric Castaneda and Daniel Loh each tallied 10. The Tars shot 52 percent as a team- 37 percent (7-18) from the 3-point line- 83 percent (29-35) at the free throw line. They had 14 assists and 11 turnovers as a team.
Saint Leo saw Kyran McClure knocked down six 3-pointers- and- pour home a game high 28 points- Isaiah Hill and Gintaras Bartaskas each had 17- while Yaleen Reed and Rusty Moore both scored 14. The Lions shot 49 percent as a team- 44 percent (15-34) from the 3-point line- and- 84 percent (26-31) from the free throw line. The Lions won the rebounding battle 34-27. They had 24 assists and 12 turnovers as a team.
Both offenses started slowly as it would be 5-4 in favor of the Lions at the first media timeout, It would be 15-11 in favor of the visitors halfway thru the first half. Rollins would pull within one after a Daniel Loh layup but back to back Saint Leo 3-pointer's would stretch the lead back to seven. It would be 44-36 in favor of the Lions heading into the halftime break.
Reed had all 14 of his points in the opening half- while McClure had 10 at the break. The Lions shot 52 percent in the first half- 42 percent (8-19) from the 3-point line- and- 80 percent (4-5) from the free throw line. The Lions led on the boards 16-13 in the first half. They had 14 assists and seven turnovers in the first stanza.
McKim was the only Tar in double figures in the first half with 11- while Castaneda scored seven. The Tars shot 48 percent in the opening half- and- 38 percent from the 3-point line. The Tars shot 79 percent from the free throw line (11-14 .) Rollins had six assists and eight turnovers in the opening stanza.
Saint Leo would stretch the lead to double digits early in the second half but the Tars would pull within a pair (57-55) after a Bonner layup. The lead would be between 4 and 8 for the next several minutes for the Lions. Bonner would make a jumper for the Tars at the 3:07 mark to pull them within three (78-75.) The Lions would then go on a 7-0 run. Rollins would get to within three one last time after a McKim layup with five seconds left. The Lions would walk away with the victory after sealing it at the free throw line.
