Rollins Travels To Top Ranked NSU Saturday.

The Rollins Tars head to Rick Case Arena on the campus of Nova Southeastern in Fort Lauderdale on Saturday to face top ranked Nova Southeastern. The game is scheduled to tip at 4 PM. As always you can catch all the action on RollinsSports.com
  Rollins (5-3 1-1 SSC) is coming off a win over Tampa last time out. Both Brooks Cluxton and Hutton Yenor scored 13 to lead the way in the victory. Jakobi Bonner paces the Tars box score scoring 16 points a night to go along with five rebounds per contest. Yenor is contributing 12 points a game off the bench- while Dayton Gumm nets 11.6 a night. Trevor Recio is leading the team in rebounding grabbing seven rebounds per contest. Nick Smith is not far behind putting up 19.3 per game- while RJ Sunahara nets 15 per contest.  The Tars have beaten the top ranked team twice all time. In 1976 they defeated Florida Southern 82-68- and- in 1986-87 they knocked off Tampa 77-75 in overtime. The last meeting Rollins had with the top ranked team was back in 2017 when they lost 86-68 to Fairmont State.
