Rollins Battles Angelo State In Vegas Tuesday.

The Rollins Tars get back on the hardwood after a 11 day layoff for final exams at they battle Angelo State in Las Vegas Tuesday afternoon. Tip time is at 3 PM eastern time and you can catch all the action on RollinsSports.com as well as 91.5 FM WPRK.
 Rollins (7-2) is coming off a 80-79 win over Palm Beach Atlantic last time out. The victory was the first for the Tars in three tries in the SSC. With the victory Rollins Coach Tom Klusman became a member of the 700 win club. Klusman now has the most wins of active DII coaches in the Sunshine State conference as he passed Richard Schmidt of Tampa. Connor McKim had 18 points to lead Rollins in the victory- while Trevor Recio came off the bench to score 14.  Jakobi Bonner is the leading scorer for Rollins at 16.3 points per game. He also hauls in 5.3 rebounds per contest. McKim scores 15.2 a night and dishes out three assists a game.  Rollins is averaging 82.2 points per game- while giving up 71.1 per night.  The Tars have been solid on the glass, out rebounding opponents by nearly five per contest.
 Angelo State (7-2) is outscoring the opponent by 13.5 points per contest on the season. The Rams were a 26 point winner over St.Mary's last time out.  Antonio Singleton had 33 points and grabbed 10 rebounds in the victory- while Daron Mims netted16. Mims is the Rams leading scorer at 14.3 points per game- Ronald Belle is averaging 13.3 points and grabbing a team leading 7.1 rebounds per night- and- Singleton is scoring 13.3 per contest. The Rams are +8.8 in rebounding margin on the season. The Rams score 83.4 per game- while they allow 69.9 per contest.
