Rollins Hosts Southeastern Monday.

The Rollins Tars will host the Fire of Southeastern University Monday night.  Both teams come into the contest with a 3-0 record.  You can catch all the action on 91.5 FM WPRK Winter Park and also on RollinsSports.com. Tip time is set for 7 PM at Warden Arena.
 The Tars are off to a solid start and are coming off a layoff of about a week.  Jakobi Bonner is leading the way for the Tars putting up 21.7 points and hauling in nine rebounds a contest. Connor McKim is putting up 13.3 points and 4.3 assists per night- while Daniel Loh is netting 11.3 points and  grabbing 6.3 rebounds per night.  The Tars have four other players who are averaging better than seven points per contest.  Offensively, Rollins is averaging 80.7 points a game- that is good for fourth in the conference. Defensively the Tars are fifth in the conference giving up 70.3 points a night.  The Tars have also been solid on the glass, as they have out rebounded the opponents by nine per contest.
  The Fire come in with a high flying offense that is putting up 93 points per game.  On defense they are allowing 87 points per night. They are coming off a big 86-81 win over #19 Warner on Saturday night.  Josiah Barsh scored a team leading 23 points to lead the victory- while Ismael Celestin scored 17. The Fire shot 50 percent from the field in the win but were out rebounded 41-30.  Barsh is the top scorer for the Fire putting up 28 points a night and shooting 54 percent from the 3-point line- Dylan Causwell is also averaging in double figures putting up 18.5 points a night and a team leading nine rebounds a contest.
