PBA Travels To Winter Park Saturday.

The Palm Beach Atlantic Sailfish visit Warden Arena in Winter Park on Saturday for a 4 PM tip. You can catch all the action on RollinsSports.com with Jim "Shooter' Ferro and Robert Siegel. The Tars are 14-10 overall and 10-6 in the SSC. On the other side PBA comes in with a 12-14 record and 6-9 in the SSC.
  Rollins had lost three straight and is coming off a wild 90-88 loss to Florida Southern on Wednesday night. After trailing by 24 points at the half the Tars rallied and took the lead with under three minutes to go before ultimately falling. Rollins split the season series with the Mocs, as each won on the others home floor.  Eric Castaneda had 30 of his 34 points in the second half Wednesday to lead the furious comeback.  Jeff Merton scored 19 points- while Connor McKim added 13.  Sam Philpott leads the Tars in scoring on the year at 18.7 points a game but has not reached double figures in any of the past three contests (all losses.)  Philpott did leave the game Wednesday early with an injury. Merton scores 15.7 per game and grabs 4.7 rebounds a night.  Castaneda is putting up 12.4 per game- McKim scores 11.5 per contest-and- Deion Clark adds 11.2 a night.  The Tars average 84.5 points per game and give up 81.8 per contest.  The Tars were a 80-68 loser to PBA in the first meeting in West Palm Beach on 1/3.  Rollins coach Tom Klusman is nine wins away from the 700 mark in his career (691.)
  The Sailfish are coming off a 87-82 win over Lynn last time out. Grant Gullet pumped in 17 points and grabbed a team leading 14 rebounds.  Jules Jasmine added 16- while Marshall Riddle and Michael Stones each netted 11. De'Ondre Jackson is PBA's leading scorer at 12.9 per night- while Gullet puts up 11.9 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.  Jasmine adds 11.5 per contest for a Sailfish team that averages 81.3 points a game. On the defensive end they give up 78.5 per night.
