PBA Visits Winter Park Saturday.

The Rollins Tars (7-7 1-4 SSC) look to snap a four game losing skid when they welcome Palm Beach Atlantic (7-6 ) to Warden Arena on Saturday afternoon. As always you can catch all the action on the Geico Tars Sports Network at RollinsSports.com and locally on 91.5 FM WPRK Winter Park.
  Rollins is coming off a 81-73 loss to Tampa the last time out. The loss was the Tars fourth straight and only the second Rollins loss at home this season. Jeff Merton scored 25 points in the last game and is now just 10 points shy of 1,000 for his Rollins career. Merton added five steals as well. Nils Lehmann scored 10 points in his first collegiate start versus the Spartans- while Jakobi Bonner who was inserted into the starting lineup just a few games ago had seven points and grabbed nine rebounds. Connor Mckim also had nine rebounds in the previous contest.
 Rollins is led in scoring by Sam Philpott who averages 16.1 points a game- Merton adds 15.3 to go along with 4.9 rebounds- while Joey Galvis is putting up 10.1 points a game his senior year. Galvis is leading the SSC averaging 2.2 steals a contest- Connor McKim is leading the team in assists at 3.5 a game to go along with his 9.3 scoring average. The Tars are averaging 82.9 points a game which is good for fifth in the conference. Defensively the Tars have really struggled as they are seventh allowing 83.9 a game. They lead the league in steals at 9.36 per contest but are being out-rebounded by 6.8 a night.
  PBA is led by De'Ondre Jackson who is scaring 17 a game- Bakhari Warthen is scoring 13.3 a night- while Grant Gullet scores 12.5 a game.  Malek Barber rounds out the double digit scorers at 11.5 per night.
 Last time out the Sailfish lost to Eckerd 83-74 on Wednesday night.  They were paced by Grant Gullett and Bakari Warthen with 14 points each.  Shavari Cooper scored 12 points and dished out seven assists.
