Tars Begin Homestand Saturday.

The Rollins College Tars (10-2 3-0 SSC) will begin a three game home stand when they host the Sailfish of Palm Beach Atlantic at Warden Arena Saturday.
  The Tars are coming off a convincing win over Florida Tech at the Clemente Center that made legendary coach Tom Klusman just the fifth active coach in DII to get to 600 wins. Kyle McClanahan scored 19 points, grabbed six rebounds and dished out six assists in the win.  McClanahan leads the Tars at 15.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.1 assists a game. Dave Diakite scored 16 points in the win over Florida Tech and is putting up 13.7 points and 5.2 rebounds a contest.  Brett Chance is also in double figures, scoring 10.6 points a night. He is coming off a 15 point performance in the win over Florida Tech.  The Tars are putting up 74.4 points a game as a team, while they allow just 62.5 a contest.  Saturday will be the Tars last non conference game of the season.  They were a 89-54 winner over the Sailfish in the team's first meeting.
  Palm Beach Atlantic comes in 1-11 on the season.  The Sailfish have dropped nine straight. The lone win came against Lynn in November.  Marcus Hardly leads the Sailfish at 17.6 points a game.  He also pulls down 7.6 rebounds a night.  Christian Martinez (12.6 ppg) and Dante Valentine (11.3 ppg) also score in double digits.  They score 69.7 a game, while they struggle at the defensive end giving up 83.7 a contest.
