Rollins Welcomes Sharks To Winter Park Wednesday.

The Rollins Tars welcome the Sharks of Nova Southeastern to Winter Park and Warden Arena inside the Alfond Sports Center for a 730 PM tip Wednesday. As always you can catch the game on the Geico Tars Sports Network at RollinsSports.com and locally on 91.5 FM WPRK.
  Rollins (13-10 7-6 SSC) comes in off of two consecutive lopsided losses. Last time out was a 22 point loss to Eckerd- while two games ago the Tars wee blasted by Embry-Riddle.
  The Tars come into the game paced by Sam Philpott's 14.9 points per game- Philpott is second on the team getting 4.4 rebounds a night.  Jeff Merton is second on the team in scoring at 14.3 a night- and- he leads the team in rebounding at 5.4 rebounds per game. Both Connor McKim and Joey Galvis come into Wednesday averaging 10.1 points per game- while Galvis leads the SSC and is 18th in the nation with 49 steals on the season.  The Tars come into Wednesday averaging 80 points a game- but- they allow 80.9 per contest.
  The Sharks (5-16 2-12 SSC) have lost six straight. The last win for Nova was a January 11th victory at home versus Rollins.  Harrison Goodrick leads NSU and is fifth in the SSC at 17.3 points per game- while he also grabs 8.9 rebounds a night.  Dwayne Gibson scores 12.5 points and grabs 5.5 rebounds per contest- while Tony Spears scores 11.5 a night.  Gerard Tarring scores 11.4 points and grabs 8.5 rebounds a night.  The Sharks score 72.7 a game- while they give up 76.5 a contest.
  NSU won the first meeting 63-56 back on January 11th. McKim and Merton had 14 each for the Tars- while- Goodrick led the Sharks with 18.
